Privacy...

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not give your name, address, phone number, email, or any other information, to anyone else.

Security...

Credit Card information is collected on a secure server. When we retrieve your shopping cart order, we erase the card number from the server immediately.

Shipping...

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE SHIPPING CALCULATOR CHARGES A DIFFERENT SHIPPING RATE. THIS WILL BE ADJUSTED TO ACTUAL RATE WHEN YOUR CREDIT CARD IS PROCESSED.

We ship via USPS (priority mail) and UPS (ground). We use USPS Flat Rate boxes to save you money as applicable.
The approximate rates for each are shown below...

USPS Shipping Rates
1-7 items: $5.40
8-16 items: $9.85
17+ items: $15.40

UPS Shipping Rates
1-7 items: $5.95
8-16 items: $10.95
17+ items: $17.50

Shipping Times...

Our turnaround time is usually 2 business days (mostly sooner than that) if the item is in stock. If it is out of stock, you will be informed and given a choice of a refund; a similar item or you can choose to wait til the item is back in stock.

Out of Stock Items...

Every effort is made to keep plenty of stock on hand, however, sometimes we do run out of things. When this happens, we will contact you to determine if we can substitute. Ginger's Garden™ does not process backorders and reserves the right to ship only the items available at ship time. In no case would we hold up an order for an out of stock item, unless we are requested by you, the customer to do so.

During peak season (ie. Valentine's, Easter, Mother's Day, Winter Holidays (late October and Thanksgiving thru Christmas, etc.) processing time can be as long as 7 - 10 business days. During these busy times, USPS and UPS can also take longer to get your parcels to you, so please plan accordingly.

Recycling ...

You may receive a shipment from us in a reused cardboard box, packed with recycled bubble wrap and recycled packing peanuts. We try to keep the natural environment clean! It keeps costs down for us, and thus for you too.

Returns...

Because of the handmade nature of most of our products, we don't allow returns. If you need to return one of the non-handmade items we sell, please call for an authorization number first. (You are responsible for all shipping costs.) In case of missing or damaged shipments, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt.

Credit Cards...

We accept Visa and Master Card and American Express through Propay (this is done manually); checks, money orders; or other credit cards or debit from Paypal.

Checks...

Checks may be held until cleared by the bank. There is a $20 fee for returned checks.
