Let the soap dry between uses and keep it elevated in a soap dish so it will last longer. It’s best to keep any handmade soap out of sitting water puddles and let it dry between uses.

My soap batches are made with the old fashioned cold process method and cured for 4-6 weeks. This makes water evaporate, which was used during the soapmaking process.
